Das Team Mechanische Entwicklung konstruiert die Antriebe, Strukturbauteile und Peripherie unserer Roboter. Von der ersten Idee bis zur fertigungsgerechten Zeichnung entstehen hier leichte, präzise und großserientaugliche Komponenten.
Deine Aufgaben & Herausforderungen
Du entwickelst hochpräzise, spielarme Getriebe für Robotikantriebe und bringst sie gemeinsam mit Lieferanten und Simulation zur Serienreife.
- Auslegung und Konstruktion von Präzisionsgetrieben (z. B. Wellgetriebe, Zykloid-, Planetengetriebe)
- Definition von Toleranzen, Werkstoffen, Schmierung und Lagerungskonzepten
- Zusammenarbeit mit Gearbox-/Bearing-Simulation zur Lebensdauer- und Steifigkeitsauslegung
- Aufbau, Test und Optimierung von Getriebeprototypen
- Technische Abstimmung mit Getriebelieferanten und Fertigung
Dein Profil
- Studium Maschinenbau mit Schwerpunkt Antriebstechnik/Konstruktion
- Erfahrung in der Getriebeentwicklung, idealerweise Präzisions- oder Robotikgetriebe
- Kenntnisse in Verzahnungsauslegung, Toleranzmanagement und Tribologie
- Sicherer Umgang mit 3D-CAD und Auslegungstools (z. B. KISSsoft)
- Analytisches Denken und Freude an anspruchsvoller Präzisionsmechanik
