Job description
YOUR MISSION & CHALLENGES
- Independently prepare and manage customer quotations in close collaboration with the field sales team (Account Executives / Key Account Managers).
- Take full ownership of the order management process from order intake through delivery, including coordination of timelines and status tracking.
- Act as the central interface between Sales, Production, Project Management, Finance, and Service.
- Maintain accurate and structured data in the CRM/ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365), including quotes, contacts, accounts, contract information, and pipeline status.
- Prepare and process contractual documents such as NDAs, sales agreements, rental agreements, and leasing contracts.
- Support the field sales team with research, presentation materials, and commercial documentation, including price lists, audits, financial reviews, and related administrative tasks.
- Assist with intercompany processes and coordination.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, or Order Management, ideally within robotics, automation, or industrial technology.
- Confident working with CRM and ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong advantage.
- A structured, process-driven way of working with a strong attention to detail, high quality standards, and a high degree of ownership.
- Fluent German and strong written and spoken English.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and production interfaces.
- A proactive mindset with the drive to challenge the status quo—"We've always done it this way" motivates you to find a better solution.
- A hands-on personality who enjoys building and improving processes in a fast-growing environment where not everything is perfect yet.
