Das Team Mechanische Entwicklung konstruiert die Antriebe, Strukturbauteile und Peripherie unserer Roboter. Von der ersten Idee bis zur fertigungsgerechten Zeichnung entstehen hier leichte, präzise und großserientaugliche Komponenten.

Deine Aufgaben & Herausforderungen

Du führst das Konstruktionsteam fachlich, verantwortest den mechanischen Entwicklungsstand und bringst das Design termingerecht zur Serienreife.

  • Fachliche Führung und Koordination des Konstruktionsteams
  • Verantwortung für Konstruktionsstand, Stücklisten und Freigabeprozesse
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Kosten- und Terminzielen in der mechanischen Entwicklung
  • Durchführung von Design Reviews und Abstimmung mit Architektur, Simulation und Industrialisierung
  • Weiterentwicklung von Konstruktionsrichtlinien und CAD-Methodik

Dein Profil

  • Studium Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Konstruktionserfahrung, idealerweise mit fachlicher Führungsverantwortung
  • Sehr gute CAD- und PDM/PLM-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in der Überführung von Prototypen in die Serie
  • Durchsetzungsstark, strukturiert und teamorientiert
