Das Team Integration Design verantwortet die technische Gesamtarchitektur unserer Robotik-Produkte. Es definiert Systemanforderungen, Schnittstellen und Sicherheitskonzepte über Mechanik, Elektronik und Software hinweg und trifft die richtungsweisenden Architektur-Entscheidungen für die Serienreife.
DEINE AUFGABEN & HERAUSFORDERUNGEN
Du verantwortest das mechanische Gesamtkonzept: Bauraum, Strukturkonzept, Antriebsintegration und Fertigbarkeit – vom ersten Package bis zum Serien-Design.
- Entwicklung des mechanischen Gesamtkonzepts und der Bauraumaufteilung (Packaging)
- Definition mechanischer Schnittstellen und Integrationskonzepte für Antriebe, Elektronik und Peripherie
- Bewertung von Werkstoff-, Fertigungs- und Fügekonzepten hinsichtlich Kosten und Skalierbarkeit
- Führung von Konzept- und Design-Reviews mit den Konstruktionsteams
- Enge Abstimmung mit Simulation, Industrialisierung und Einkauf
DEIN PROFIL
- Studium Maschinenbau, Feinwerktechnik oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konzeption komplexer mechatronischer Baugruppen
- Sicherer Umgang mit 3D-CAD (z. B. Siemens NX, CATIA, SolidWorks)
- Gutes Verständnis für Toleranzmanagement, Leichtbau und fertigungsgerechtes Design
- Kommunikationsstark und entscheidungsfreudig
