Du wirst Teil eines schnell wachsenden IT-Teams mit über 20 Mitgliedern bei NEURA Robotics — einem schnell wachsenden globalen Robotik-Unicorn mit rund 1.500 Nutzer:innen an mehreren Standorten. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Servicedesk und unserem M365 Cloud Engineer verantwortest du die Endpoint- und Identity-Landschaft, die NEURAs Belegschaft vernetzt, abgesichert und produktiv hält. Du arbeitest nicht nach Schema F — wenn etwas nicht stimmt, erkennst du es und handelst.

Deine Mission & Herausforderungen

  • Endpoint Administration (Windows/macOS/iOS/Android): Geräte in Microsoft Intune registrieren, konfigurieren und absichern — inklusive Autopilot-Provisionierung, Rollout und Geräteaustausch.
  • Geräte-Lifecycle: Rücknahme, sicherer Reset und Datenlöschung, Wiederaufbereitung und Bereitstellung von ready-to-deploy-Geräten; Pflege von Asset- und Bestandsdaten.
  • Patch Management & Software-Paketierung: Patch-Zyklen und Anwendungspaketierung für den Rollout via Intune (Win32, MSI) unterstützen und Endpoints compliant halten.
  • Identity & Access Support (Entra ID): Benutzer- und Gruppenverwaltung, MFA-Resets und Geräte-Neuregistrierung, Gastzugänge einrichten, Lizenzzuweisungen durchführen.
  • Security & Compliance: Behebung von Sicherheitsvorfällen mithilfe von MDR-Lösungen unterstützen; technische Richtlinien wie Conditional Access, BitLocker, Defender und GPO-Konfigurationen mitgestalten und pflegen.
  • Collaboration Support (Teams/SharePoint): Anwendersupport für Microsoft Teams; Berechtigungen und Sharing in SharePoint und OneDrive verwalten; Troubleshooting durchführen.
  • Prozesse & Qualität: Abläufe durch Dokumentation, Checklisten und Standards weiterentwickeln; Wissen an Servicedesk und Key User weitergeben; Tickets in Jira verfolgen und bearbeiten.

Was wir uns von dir wünschen

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker:in) oder ein Bachelorabschluss bzw. Masterstudium im IT-Bereich oder einem verwandten Fach.
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Administration von Microsoft 365 und Entra ID (User, Gruppen, MFA, Guest Access) — oder solides Grundlagenwissen für Kandidat:innen am Anfang ihrer Karriere.
  • Kenntnisse im Endpoint Management mit Intune — Enrollment, Profile, Compliance-Richtlinien und App-Bereitstellung.
  • Solides Verständnis von Windows; macOS/iOS/Android-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung mit PowerShell und echtes Interesse daran, Skripte zur Automatisierung zu nutzen und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis von Sicherheitskonzepten — Conditional Access, Endpoint-Schutz, Patch Management.
  • Strukturierte, serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise mit sehr guter Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2 oder besser).
  • Relevante Microsoft-Zertifizierungen sind willkommen.
