Deine Aufgaben & Herausforderungen
Du verantwortest den Aufbau der Serienproduktion für unser neues Produkt – von der Produktionsplanung bis zum SOP.
- Gesamtprojektleitung für Industrialisierung und Produktionsaufbau bis SOP
- Planung von Produktionskonzept, Linienlayout, Investitionen und Kapazitäten
- Steuerung von Anlagenlieferanten, Prozess- und Industrialisierungsingenieuren
- Sicherstellung von Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätszielen im Anlauf
- Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung, Qualität, Einkauf und Werk
Dein Profil
- Studium Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o. ä.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Industrialisierung/Produktionsanlauf, idealerweise mechatronischer Produkte
- Erfahrung in Projektleitung und Anlagenbeschaffung
- Kenntnisse in Lean Production und Anlaufmanagement
- Durchsetzungsvermögen, Hands-on-Mentalität und Reisebereitschaft
