Neura Robotics at a glance
German cognitive-robotics company building humanoid and collaborative robots that see, hear, feel, and learn to work alongside people.
NEURA Robotics designs cognitive robots (humanoids, collaborative arms, and mobile bases) plus the AI and platform that run them, all built in-house. Job description
Your Mission & Challenges
- You build and operate the shared cloud platform that the engineering teams in the Neuraverse environment use to deliver their workloads – an enabler role, focused inward on developer productivity and platform reliability.
- Operate and evolve our Kubernetes platform, including GitOps-based delivery (ArgoCD), cluster lifecycle management, and smooth workload onboarding.
- Own the delivery of reproducible, auditable AWS environments using Infrastructure as Code.
- Standardize CI/CD and create self-service tooling that lets development teams deploy autonomously and safely.
- Drive observability across metrics, logging, and tracing, and own proactive platform reliability end-to-end.
- Shape platform architecture and take ownership of cost transparency and security/governance guardrails.
What we can look forward to
- Solid hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production (cluster lifecycle, workload onboarding).
- Practical experience with GitOps-based delivery (ArgoCD or similar).
- Strong Infrastructure as Code skills (Terraform and AWS CDK).
- Good working knowledge of AWS (compute, networking, IAM fundamentals).
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, TypeScript, Go, Bash).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and building self-service developer tooling.
- A platform-enablement mindset: you think and act like an owner — enabling teams, not just shipping individual features.
- Strong English communication skills; German is a plus.
