Job description

Deine Mission & Challenges

  • Du entwickelst und betreibst die zentrale Cloud-Plattform, auf der die Engineering-Teams im Neuraverse ihre Workloads bereitstellen – mit Fokus auf Developer Productivity und Plattform-Stabilität.
  • Du betreibst und entwickelst unsere Kubernetes-Plattform weiter, inklusive GitOps-basierter Deployments (ArgoCD), Cluster Lifecycle Management und reibungslosem Onboarding neuer Workloads.
  • Du verantwortest die Bereitstellung reproduzierbarer und auditierbarer AWS-Umgebungen mittels Infrastructure as Code.
  • Du standardisierst CI/CD-Prozesse und entwickelst Self-Service-Tools, mit denen Entwicklungsteams sicher und eigenständig deployen können.
  • Du treibst Observability über Metrics, Logging und Tracing voran und übernimmst die End-to-End-Verantwortung für die Plattform-Zuverlässigkeit.
  • Du gestaltest die Plattformarchitektur aktiv mit und übernimmst Ownership für Kostentransparenz sowie Security- und Governance-Standards.

Auf was können wir uns freuen

  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung mit Kubernetes im Produktiveinsatz (Cluster Lifecycle Management, Workload Onboarding).
  • Erfahrung mit GitOps-basierten Deployment-Ansätzen (z. B. ArgoCD).
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform und AWS CDK).
  • Gute AWS-Kenntnisse (Compute, Networking, IAM-Grundlagen).
  • Sichere Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Skriptsprache (Python, TypeScript, Go oder Bash).
  • Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Pipelines und dem Aufbau von Self-Service-Developer-Tools.
  • Ein Platform-Enabler-Mindset: Du denkst und handelst wie ein Owner und unterstützt Teams dabei, erfolgreich zu sein, statt nur einzelne Features umzusetzen.
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch ist ein Plus.
