As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll become a central intelligence hub within NEURA. You'll track global developments in robotics, AI, technology, economics, and geopolitics, identify opportunities and risks early, and help actively shape the strategic direction of one of Europe's most innovative robotics companies.
YOUR MISSION & CHALLENGE
- Monitor and analyze global developments in robotics, AI, deep tech, economics, and geopolitics
- Identify emerging technologies, innovations, companies, start-ups, and competitors with strategic relevance for NEURA at an early stage
- Recognize meaningful signals, trends, and market shifts, and separate them from short-term noise
- Continuously screen international media, trade publications, scientific literature, corporate announcements, and capital market information
- Build and maintain a network that supports high-quality insights and interpretations
- Use modern AI-powered research and analysis tools to filter, validate, and intelligently structure large volumes of information
- Analyze the impact of technological, economic, and geopolitical developments on NEURA, our markets, and the capital markets
- Develop trend, technology, and competitor heatmaps and dashboards to support strategic decision-making
- Monitor relevant market, technology, and competitive developments across our international locations
- Work closely with our AI, Software, Hardware, Engineering, and Business teams
- Distill complex information into clear recommendations for management and relevant stakeholders
- Produce executive briefings, reports, and strategic intelligence summaries
- Spot opportunities and risks early and support NEURA's strategic direction
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years of experience in Strategic Intelligence, Market Intelligence, Technology Scouting, Strategy, Research, or a comparable field
- Deep interest in robotics, artificial intelligence, deep tech, and global technology markets
- Strong research, analysis, and synthesis skills
- Ability to strategically contextualize technological, economic, and geopolitical developments
- Experience with modern AI-based research and analysis tools
- Understanding of corporate strategy, competitive dynamics, and capital-market-related contexts
- Proven ability to derive concrete recommendations from complex information landscapes
- Experience creating executive briefings, reports, and management summaries
- Ability to spot relevant developments early and distinguish them from short-term market noise
- Excellent German and English skills
- High integrity, absolute trustworthiness, and professional handling of confidential information
