Overview

Our client is a fast-growing international technology company that develops large-scale SaaS platforms used by millions of users across the APAC region.

They’re looking for a Technical Program Manager with strong product thinking and experience helping build and scale a consumer app. This role will lead planning and execution to turn product vision into measurable growth through rapid experimentation. You’ll use market insights, user research, and data to prioritize high-impact work that improves conversion, retention, and sharing. tals with modern automation practices and enjoys working in fast-paced product environments.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with the co-CEO and UX Design Manager to turn product vision into clear, actionable roadmaps.
  • Bring sharp market and user insights (research, competitive intel, data analysis) to shape product strategy and recommendations.
  • Prioritize the highest-impact opportunities by weighing customer value, business outcomes, engineering effort, and operational complexity.
  • Own end-to-end program delivery across functions — from planning through launch — aligning Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders.
  • Run disciplined execution (backlog management, release and sprint planning, Scrum ceremonies), removing blockers and managing risk proactively.
  • Track performance and growth: deeply understand user journeys, monitor key product metrics, partner with Marketing on SEO/CRM/lifecycle/referral initiatives, and define growth KPIs to drive data-informed decisions.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years in technical product/program leadership roles, driving cross-functional delivery.
  • Proven track record shipping and scaling consumer digital products (web and/or mobile).
  • Demonstrated ability to take new products from concept to MVP to iterative releases, partnering closely with Engineering on scope, feasibility, and resourcing.
  • Strong data fluency and growth mindset: can interpret product metrics, identify opportunities across the funnel (acquisition → activation → retention), and turn insights into clear priorities.
  • Preferred experience in one or more of:
  • Partner integrations (3rd-party platforms, APIs, webhooks, ecosystems)
  • Auth/identity systems (SSO, OAuth/OIDC, social login, account linking)
  • Payments (gateways, wallets, subscriptions, payment flows)
  • Consumer platforms (Marketplace, FoodTech, TravelTech, etc.)
  • Growth & experimentation (A/B testing, product analytics)
